Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be the voice of GoKwik, directly engaging with customers to collect feedback that shapes our products and services. Your insights will help us improve customer experience and retention, making a real impact on how our merchants interact with our platform.

What You’ll Own

Call customers to collect feedback on their experience with GoKwik’s products and services.
Record and report customer insights to relevant teams for action.
Support the Customer Support team in daily operations as needed.
Contribute to improving processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

1–2 years of experience or an enthusiastic intern ready to learn.
Diligent, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
Positive attitude, willing to take initiative, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working from our Gurgaon office.
