Role & responsibilities

Handle customer queries via
calls, chats, or emails
based on the assigned process (Voice / Non-Voice / Semi-Voice).
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a
timely and professional manner
.
Maintain records of interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve
daily productivity and quality targets
.
Follow standard operating procedures and
adhere to company policies
.
Work in UK
rotational shifts
(if required) and ensure
customer satisfaction
at all touchpoints.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: 12th pass or
graduates (except B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, and postgraduate freshers)
Experience
: Freshers
(except B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, and postgraduate freshers)
and all experienced candidates welcome.
Skills
: Good verbal and/or written communication (English)
Comfortable with
UK rotational shifts
and fast-paced work environment
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
