Customer Support Executive

At FAE Bikes, we are building the largest fleet of electric scooters for last-mile logistics in India. We have helped over 30 logistics and e-commerce companies in India transition from ICE vehicles to electric vehicles. Our riders have covered over 50 million kilometres in just two years. We are present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with 2000+ EVs. We are currently working with all major last-mile delivery companies including Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc. Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Singasandra Department: Customer Support / Operations Job Overview: The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints through calls or live chat, maintaining positive customer relationships, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely issue resolution. The role requires good communication skills, basic knowledge of vehicles, and proficiency in regional languages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support & Communication • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, phone, or other communication platforms. • Assist customers with issues, complaints, or service-related questions. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for quick resolution. 2. Coordination & Follow-up • Coordinate end-to-end with the Service Team and Hub Managers for issue resolution. • Ensure timely updates to customers and maintain a record of closed and pending cases. 3. CRM & Documentation • Use the company’s CRM platform to log interactions, track service tickets, and manage customer data efficiently. • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all customer records and communications. • Possess basic knowledge of vehicle functions and features to support customers effectively.
