Role:

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution
Maintain logs, update CRM, and track open tickets
Coordinate with operations and field teams for service completion
Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level metrics
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Ability to manage both voice and non-voice tasks
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
Experienced candidates (1 - 5 yrs) welcome.
