You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial discipline, supporting operational growth, and ensuring compliance as We scale. Key Responsibilities ∙Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally or Zoho Books. ∙Manage AP/AR, petty cash, and vendor reconciliations. ∙Maintain accurate journal entries and ledgers. ∙Oversee depreciation, EMI schedules, and loan accounting for assets (vehicles). ∙File and manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax returns. ∙Ensure ROC filings and coordinate with company secretaries and auditors. ∙Prepare audit schedules and support statutory audits. ∙Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. ∙Generate and analyze MIS reports for management and investors. ∙Maintain fund utilization and debt repayment tracking. ∙Track loan repayments, interest calculations, and NACH mandates. ∙Handle vendor and staff payments, reconciliation of bank accounts. ∙Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and leasing partners. ∙Manage asset tracking, rental revenue recognition, and reconciliation with fleet data. ∙Support management with budgeting and projections.
