*This is an in-office, permanent, full-time role that is in Gurgaon, India.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Gender: Males are Preferred

Working Days: 5 Days working (Mon - Fri )

Shift Timings:

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work on Indian public holidays
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • No cab facility (candidates must arrange their own commute)
  • Free meal provided during shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
