Role Overview Worldwide BMO is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, manage servers and databases, support business teams, and drive automation across multiple processes. The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with department leaders, understand their workflow challenges, and design automated solutions to reduce manual work. Preferable candidates will have experience in logistics, BPO operations , or similar fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure & Server Management Monitor and manage server performance, uptime, and upgrades. Handle backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes. Maintain security, patch updates, and system health checks. 2. SQL Database Management Manage SQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL). Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports. Handle database performance tuning, backup schedules, replication, and access security. 3. Automation & Process Improvement Work closely with team leads and managers to understand manual tasks and identify automation opportunities. Build automations using scripting tools (Python/PowerShell/Bash) or low-code/no-code tools. Create services, scheduled jobs, and triggers to automate repetitive workflows. Support automation of reporting, monitoring, and data processing tasks. Basic understanding of AI tools and ability to integrate AI for process enhancement (optional but preferred). 4.
