Company Profile:

*This is an in-office, permanent, full-time role that is in Gurgaon, India.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Gender: Only Males are Preferred

Working Days: 5 Days working (Mon - Fri )

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work on Indian public holidays

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • No cab facility (candidates must arrange their own commute)

  • Free meal provided during shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat and email professionally and efficiently

  • Provide accurate and prompt responses using company tools and SOPs

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively

  • Maintain and update records of interactions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
