Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will assist customers with our IT software products by handling queries, resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
  • Record customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Work with other teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT or software products.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the IT industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
