Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable web applications using .NET technologies. Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in .NET development. Proven experience working with HRMS products is mandatory . Strong hands-on experience in .NET MVC, ADO.NET, and C# . Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery . Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs . Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational database design. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills . Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Exposure to UI/UX principles and responsive web design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms. Experience in database design and architecture.
