Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    Any Graduate Fresher/Experience OR UG with Experience.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience (6 months to 2 years) in a customer service role, preferably in an international BPO/call center environment.

    Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Language:

    Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory

    , with a neutral accent and excellent comprehension.
  • Technical Skills:

    Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional active listening and problem-solving abilities.

    • High degree of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Adaptability to flexible shift timings (including night shifts/rotational shifts) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Calls:

    Efficiently and courteously manage customer calls from various international regions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues:

    Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues related to our products/services.
  • Provide Information:

    Clearly and accurately provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain Documentation:

    Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Metrics:

    Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and first call resolution (FCR).
  • Adhere to Standards:

    Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
