Customer Support Executive

As an On-Site Full-Time employee, your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and quotations effectively. You will need to respond promptly to customer queries via email, phone, or in-person, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products/services. It is crucial to prepare and share quotations accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining detailed logs and following up with potential clients. Another key aspect of your role will involve conducting regular follow-ups on quotations to secure sales. You will be responsible for maintaining clear records of all communication with prospects and clients using CRM tools, as well as keeping clients informed about order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. In addition to inquiry and quotation handling, you will also be tasked with providing customer support and managing relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints or issues and collaborate internally with production and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met. By delivering consistent support, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, part of your duties will involve maintaining records of sales, revenue, and invoices. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or 3D printing industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage. A customer-first attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines efficiently are crucial for success in this position.
