Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products/services. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Adhere to process guidelines, service levels, and quality standards. Escalate complex issues to senior support as needed.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Please note that this role requires you to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers & experienced candidates (0-3 years) welcome.

Salary:

As per industry standards + shift allowance + incentives + cab
