Hiring for Customer Support Executive - International Process

Role: Customer Support Representative

Process: Healthcare

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Shift

Qualification: Only graduates

Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA + Incentives

Responsibility:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance representatives.

Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, billing, insurance coverage, and claims status.
Assist customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders.
Ensure high-quality and empathetic communication while resolving patient or client concerns.

Support customers in understanding insurance claims, payment status, and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with the billing or claims department to resolve discrepancies or pending issues.
Verify patient insurance details and eligibility before service delivery when required.

Rounds of Interview: HR > OPS

Preferred Candidates Profiles:

* Candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift

* Candidate should be comfortable working in a Night shifts
