Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle inbound voice process calls with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services to increase revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (customer support) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong convincing power to handle difficult situations professionally.
