You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers trust — guiding them from installation to after-sales support. 🚀 What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Keep customers updated on installation progress, payments, and service requests. Coordinate with our sales, operations, and service teams to ensure quick solutions. Help onboard new customers into project WhatsApp groups and share regular updates. Maintain proper records and follow up until every customer issue is closed. Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the team. 🎯 Who We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or client handling (solar industry experience is a plus!). Good communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage). Comfortable using tools like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. A positive, patient, and proactive team player who enjoys helping people.
