Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver an exceptional experience to every BUSHIRT customer — from pre-purchase inquiries to post-purchase support. You’ll be the voice of the brand, ensuring smooth communication, timely order handling, and complete customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:Manage customer interactions across email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls. Handle queries related to orders, returns, exchanges, shipping, or product details. Schedule and manage customer orders on Shopify — including edits, special requests, and delivery updates. Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order fulfillment, tracking, and issue resolution. Maintain and update accurate customer records and order details in CRM and Shopify. Track and resolve delayed or incorrect deliveries in collaboration with logistics partners. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality. Ensure all communications reflect a friendly, solution-oriented, and brand-aligned tone. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce / Business / Fashion preferred). 1-2 Years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support. Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, scheduling, fulfillment). Familiarity with marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
