Ecommerce Catalog Manager

The Catalog Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across leading online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa. The role involves ensuring accurate catalog creation, keyword research, SEO-driven listing optimization, and execution of A+ content to enhance product visibility, discoverability, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Catalog & Listing Management Create, upload, and maintain product listings on all major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.). Ensure product titles, descriptions, attributes, and images meet each platform’s guidelines. Coordinate with the design and content team for high-quality images and A+ content creation. Regularly audit listings to fix errors, update inventory, and maintain accuracy. 2. Keyword Research & SEO Optimization Conduct in-depth keyword research for each product category to improve organic search ranking. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords using data-driven insights. Analyze competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement. 3. A+ Content & Brand Store Management Plan and implement A+ (Enhanced Brand Content) to improve brand presentation and conversion rate. Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure visually appealing and engaging A+ pages. Manage and update the Brand Storefront on marketplaces. 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor listing performance using marketplace analytics and business reports. Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversion rate, and sales velocity. Work with the marketing team to improve visibility through SEO, sponsored ads, and promotional campaigns. 5. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, operations, and marketing) for smooth catalog management. Stay updated with marketplace policies, category trends, and new tools/features for better visibility and compliance. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Helium10 / Jungle Scout / SellerApp or similar tools. Experience with fashion or lifestyle categories. Understanding of product photography and content guidelines.
