Job Description

Job Summary:

Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats related to Travel, Telecom and Hospitality Management Process.
  • Assist customers with travel-related queries including new reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely and accurate information regarding travel services.
  • Offer suggestions for alternate travel options as per customer needs and availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline, hotel, and travel policies and systems.
  • Achieve performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service or travel process preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of travel GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an added advantage
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
