Customer Support Executive

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Remote | 1 to 5 Years Experience)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month

Candidate should have:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) A tech-savvy approach and the ability to quickly learn new tools Good understanding of software products or SaaS platforms Patience and clarity in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users Experience in customer support, onboarding, or user education is a plus Job Profile of Customer Support Executive:
Provide high-quality support to clients using our software Guide users through the onboarding process and help them understand product features Respond to queries via email, chat, or video calls in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the product and sales team to ensure a seamless user experience Document common issues and solutions for future reference Collect feedback and report issues or feature requests from users The ideal candidate joining us will be:
