Job Summary: Hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in the Travel/Telecom/Hospitality Management domain. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats related to Travel, Telecom and Hospitality Management Process. Assist customers with travel-related queries including new reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely and accurate information regarding travel services. Offer suggestions for alternate travel options as per customer needs and availability. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline, hotel, and travel policies and systems. Achieve performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
