Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through setup, onboarding, and product training to ensure smooth adoption.

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.

Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement strategies to improve retention and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Support & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Tech) to resolve client queries quickly and effectively.

Product Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the Product and Engineering teams to improve features and usability.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, usage metrics, and renewal pipeline in CRM tools.
