Strategic Marketing Manager

We are seeking a capable and driven individual to lead the execution of our marketing function. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to co-develop marketing strategies, coordinating with high-quality external partners across various domains, and ensuring effective implementation of all campaigns and initiatives.

In addition to coordination and oversight, this role also requires hands-on involvement including reviewing creative output, setting up automation workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic marketing planning in collaboration with the leadership team
• Coordinate and manage execution across external partners (ads, PR, SEO, content, etc.)
• Lead the review and quality control of all marketing creatives and content
• Set up and manage basic marketing automations (email workflows, lead capture, CRM logic)
• Ensure timely tracking and reporting of marketing performance metrics
• Handle executional gaps by stepping in to directly complete or unblock key tasks
