Role & responsibilities Own and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Build and refine our B2B lead generation strategy for India, the Middle East, the US, and Europe Work with content creators, designers, and performance agencies as needed Coordinate with sales to align lead quality, timing, and conversion goals Manage the lead generation and marketing team. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (bonus if its in SaaS or AI) A strong portfolio of performance campaigns with measurable impact Experience working with international audiences Strategic mindset but not afraid to get into the weeds—copy, creatives, budgets, targeting Comfort with tools like Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, or similar
