Job Description

1. Project Execution Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is being done as per approved designs and timelines.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to material specifications.

2. Coordination with Stakeholders

• Act as the bridge between:
• Interior designers and contractors
• Vendors and suppliers
• Clients and project team
• Communicate design changes or technical issues to relevant teams in real time.

3. Workforce Management

• Manage and coordinate labor teams (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.)
• Ensure safe working conditions and resolve on-site conflicts or delays.

4. Site Planning & Scheduling

• Create daily and weekly work schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and availability of tools/equipment.

5. Quality Control

• Check that construction and interior work meets design, technical, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and maintain snag lists.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Provide daily or weekly progress reports to project managers or clients.
• Maintain records of work done, material usage, and site expenses.
