You are invited to join our dynamic team as a Female Telecaller / Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing incoming inquiries through calls, chats, or emails, providing clear explanations of our products/services, and maintaining customer records in an efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, specifically open to female candidates. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication with customers.
