Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship & Operations Analyst to join our customer success team. This role involves managing and analysing customer interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular outbound calls to customers with ongoing orders
  • Respond to inbound customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.  
  • Arranging demos for the customers in co-ordination with the service team
  • Share tracking with the customers & sorting out their delivery-related queries
  • Maintaining customer communication end to end starting from dispatch to the delivery of the items along with the post sales services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions & issues in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any)
  • Freshers are preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
