This role involves managing and analysing customer interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention. Key Responsibilities: Regular outbound calls to customers with ongoing orders Respond to inbound customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Arranging demos for the customers in co-ordination with the service team Share tracking with the customers & sorting out their delivery-related queries Maintaining customer communication end to end starting from dispatch to the delivery of the items along with the post sales services. Responsibilities - Promote and sell medical devices to end customers (B2C) remotely - Converting inbound and outbound leads - Communicates with customers on a regular basis to sell one product or multiple services via phone calls. - Responsible for converting provided leads, assessing needs and persistent follow-ups with the clients to maximise the benefits. - Ability to learn about medical devices and promote advisory to the customers. - Implement market development strategies and changes as needed.
