Job description Roles and Responsibilities Job description 1. Interact with customers through chat across various platforms 2. Resolve their queries, handle issues with calm 3. Follow up with them and cross check if their requirements have been met 4. Follow up with customers for their event content, photos etc to be shared in our platforms 5. Build relationship with customers and ensure they have a pleasant experience online 6. Reply to all comments, across all platforms 7. Analyze the content being posted and the response from customers, measure the leads and share with the marketing team to improve performance 8. Maintain all data is CRM systems and capture the demographics of the customers 9. Call customers for specific launches, expos, invite them for specific events 10. Interact with marketing and content team and passing feedback 11. Passing leads to sales team and following up on the progress 12. Taking google reviews from customers who purchased online 13. Answering all queries in social media platforms 14. Interacting with sales team to resolve issues, etc Required Candidate profile 1. Experience in handling customers through chat, calling, etc 2. Experience in customer support profile 3. Good understanding of Digital platforms 4. Experience of CRM is preferred
