REQUIREMENTS: Languages Known: Hindi, English, Telugu Qualification: Any Graduate/or equivalent degree. Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Should be Proficient in Hindi and English Customer Service Skills Strong Verbal and Listening Skills Capacity to establish rapport and build trust with customers Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
