Customer Support Executive

Position Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Freshers

Reporting To: Head of the Department

Location: Visakhapatnam

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries related to credit sales, including queries on payment terms, credit limits, and billing.
• Assist customers in understanding their credit options and help them with the application process.
• Digital generated leads should be able to converted.
• Provide information about available products, services, and special offers on credit / personal loan sales.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to credit/loan application process.
• Offer timely solutions to customer complaints and ensure the process is smooth from start to finish.
• Assist in explaining Credit terms and loan interest rates.

REQUIREMENTS:

Languages Known:

Hindi, English, Telugu

Qualification:

Any Graduate/or equivalent degree.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Should be Proficient in Hindi and English
• Customer Service Skills
• Strong Verbal and Listening Skills
• Capacity to establish rapport and build trust with customers
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
• Hindi language speaking is must.
