Customer Support Executive

As a member of the Customer Service team at Leading American Fashion Brand Members Only, your role will involve handling backend sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for: - Demonstrating proper urgency, dedication, and attention to quality when addressing customer requirements. - Resolving customer complaints and queries within a specific timeline through emails. - Maintaining a fast response time and ensuring high-quality communication with customers. - Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. - Collaborating cross-functionally to address customer issues effectively. - Developing ideas and strategies to boost customer activation, retention, and shopping experience. - Managing relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their motivation and incentivization. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in navigating social media channels for marketing purposes, including affiliate marketing and collaborations. - Computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.
