Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive at Minimalist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints efficiently, providing product information, escalating unresolved issues, keeping accurate records of interactions, and identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience. You will also be expected to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively within SLA. - Provide product information and assistance to customers. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to customers. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and patience.,
