  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions within defined TATs.
  • Deliver excellent service to business customers by understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required and follow up until closure.
