Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Noida. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting with online support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes providing technical support to resolve any issues customers may face.

  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
