Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Voice & Blended) with Excellent English Communication Skills for Freshers & Experienced Candidates for kolkata

Location: Kolkata salt lake sector 5 and DLF

Process: Domestic & International both

CTC: as per industry norms

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle both voice (telephone calls) and non-voice (email/chat) interactions.
Communicate clearly with strong command of English.
Provide customer support with professionalism and patience.
Explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical customers/employees.
Deliver accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Adapt quickly to new processes, product updates, and system changes

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers Male & Female with excellent English Communication / experienced in international voice/ blended process can apply
Graduation not mandatory, HS candidate can also apply
Must be comfortable with Night shift -

Graveyard shift
Only Kolkata-based candidates are eligible
