  • Work on chats and Tickets
  • Maintain a mean response time of less than 1 minute since it is live chat support
  • Chat Quality score should not be less than 4/5
  • Close maximum support tickets in a month
  • Resolve queries with utmost efficiency to facilitate customer retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in Tech Support
  • Experience with troubleshooting
  • Hands-on knowledge in providing support for any kind of application software
