Customer Support Engineer - Mobile

What You'll Do:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field/equivalent practical experienc
• eSolid experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Java/Kotlin (Android
• )Strong understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and performance debuggin
• gFamiliarity with hybrid mobile frameworks such as React Native, Cordova, or Flutter
• .Knowledge of API ecosystems, including hands-on experience with Postman, API specs, and payload validatio
• nExperience with Datadog, native logging tools, and debugging across distributed system
• sGuide and support customers in integrating DevRev’s SDKs into their iOS and Android application
• sTroubleshoot and resolve complex mobile SDK issues across native and hybrid platforms (Android, iOS, React Native, Cordova, Flutter
• )Investigate and debug problems using logs, analytics, and debugging or monitoring tools like Datado
• gCollaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate, document, and resolve product-level bug
• sUse tools like Postman to validate APIs, inspect payloads, and assist with SDK–backend interactions
• .Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and integration guides
• .Proactively monitor system health and provide feedback for SDK improvement
