Follow up with customers who left items in their cart through WhatsApp, calls, SMS, and email.
Help customers with doubts about pricing, products, or payment to complete their purchase.
Share special offers or suggest similar products to recover lost sales.
Reconnect with customers who haven't shopped in a while using messages or exclusive deals.
Respond to customer questions and complaints on social media and chat platforms.
Handle chatbot conversations and step in when needed for complex queries.
Support customers with tracking, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Keep records of all customer interactions and feedback.
Work with other teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Share regular reports on customer follow-ups, feedback, and chatbot performance.

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude with customers.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer concerns patiently.
