Customer Support Coordinator

As a support specialist for banking software applications, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems, your role will involve providing assistance to users and escalating complex issues to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments when necessary. You will be responsible for accurately logging all issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
