Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Day and Night)

Core Duties

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and escalations efficiently.

• Accurately document call details and update CRM systems on a regular basis.

• Follow company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards consistently.

• Meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call volume and service quality.

• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
