Job Title: Call Center Executive (BPO)

Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Day and Night)

Core Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity.

• Resolve customer queries, issues, complaints, and escalations promptly.

• Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM records accurately.

• Adhere to company guidelines, including scripts and quality standards.

• Achieve daily and weekly targets related to call handling and quality performance.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
