TraveloChat.com is looking for a polite, energetic, and responsible Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, explain packages, and provide smooth assistance before and during travel. The candidate must have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming customer calls और WhatsApp queries को handle करना

Trip confirmation, payment updates और follow-up calls करना

Requirements:

1–3 years experience in customer support (Travel industry preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

Polite, calm & problem-solving attitude

WhatsApp, Email, CRM and basic computer knowledge

Fast learner and customer-focused personality

Ability to work under pressure
