Job Description

You will be responsible for providing support for banking software applications, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments. It is essential to log all issues and their resolutions accurately in the help desk system. Collaboration with IT, product, and operations teams is crucial to enhance user experience and minimize recurring issues. Additionally, you will play a role in onboarding and training new users on banking applications and CRM tools. Keeping knowledge base articles and documentation for common problems and solutions updated is also part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in Telugu/Tamil and English languages is required for this position. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
