Job Type: Full time (Onsite) Experience 0 – 2 years (Freshers can also apply) Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design Execution Graphic Design: Assist in creating visual materials such as logos, marketing collateral, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and presentations. Typography and Layout: Learn to use typography, layout, and color theory effectively to enhance visual appeal and readability. Image Editing: Assist in editing and retouching images for use in various design projects. Software Proficiency Design Tools: Develop proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and possibly other tools like Sketch or Figma. Learning New Tools: Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required for the job. Collaboration and Communication Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, marketers, and other team members to contribute to cohesive design solutions. Feedback Incorporation: Receive feedback on designs and implement changes as necessary to improve quality and meet project goals. Stakeholder Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients or internal stakeholders under supervision to understand design requirements and objectives. Creative Contribution Ideation and Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for visual concepts and designs. Problem-Solving: Assist in solving design challenges creatively while adhering to brand guidelines and project constraints. Learning and Development Skill Enhancement: Continuously improve design skills through self-learning, training programs, and mentorship from senior team members. Industry Trends: Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and best practices to apply them in design work. Skills and Qualifications: Basic Design Knowledge: Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and layout. Software Skills: Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creativity: Demonstrated creative ability with a passion for design and visual storytelling. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
