Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Respond to customer questions promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Tier 2 Support, Management) for follow-up.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
