Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Associate based in Bhopal, with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, guiding customers through solutions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Additionally, the role may involve sales and training activities as needed.
