Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Manage and resolve replacement, refund, and product-related complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
  • Generate and manage courier/shipping labels for customer orders and returns.
  • Coordinate and assist during store visits or customer support at the physical store when required.
  • Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable].
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, email, and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
