Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Tier 2 Support, Management) for follow-up.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.

Education

• Noida, Gurugram and Mohali -

  Any HSC pass can apply.

• New Delhi -

  Any Graduate
