Role Overview
As a Customer Support & Sales Intern, you'll play a hybrid role at the intersection of customer engagement and outbound sales. You'll support onboarding, training, support ticket resolution, and client satisfaction, while also collaborating with the sales team to qualify leads, follow up on opportunities, and assist with proposal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
● Support onboarding and training for new clients (WABA setup)
● Answer inbound queries and assist with ongoing support (via shared inboxes)
● Maintain customer health metrics and usage dashboards
● Assist with churn prevention, feedback loops, and product satisfaction
● Build and update internal FAQs and support documentation
● Track and follow up on sales leads in the CRM
● Prepare proposals, assist with outreach emails, and help manage pipelines
What We’re Looking For
● Strong communication (English & digital tools)
● Passion for both customer experience and modern SaaS sales
● Organized and detailoriented with multitasking ability
● Proficient in Google Workspace, Sheets, CRM basics
● Undergraduate/recent graduate (Business, Marketing, or Tech preferred)
● Based in Kerala (preferred), or remote within India

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (Mon–Sat)
